If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your unworn item(s) within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is returned with the original receipt (or gift receipt) and original packaging.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.

Return Process

If you would like to return an item, we will arrange a courier pickup to collect the returned item and send it back to the store.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will submit your refund request to our finance team.

• If the order was paid by cash, the refund will be processed through bank transfer, and you will be asked to provide your bank account details.
• If the order was paid by card, the refund will be sent to the same card used during purchase.

Please note that refund processing may take 10 to 14 business days.

Exchange Process

If you would like to exchange an item, we will arrange a courier pickup within 2 business days to collect the original item and return it to the store.

Once completed, the exchanged item will be shipped and delivered within 3 to 4 business days.

The courier team will contact you within 2 business days.
